Celebrating our Faith

Our school is an active, vibrant faith community, reflecting the love of Jesus in all areas of school and parish life. We learn about the life of Jesus and our Catholic traditions. We are witnesses to our faith through words and actions, providing opportunities for service, mission and engagement in the Church and the world.

Sacraments

It is our privilege to share our children’s journey in faith. This journey includes the various stages of initiation into the full life of the Church and involves helping  prepare your children for the Sacraments of Confirmation, First Holy Communion and Penance.

Worship

Catholic schools assist parents in enabling their children to receive an education based on Christian values and Catholic Church traditions.  Students have the opportunity for Liturgical worship as :

  • a school community
  • a stage/grade/class community
  • part of the wider St Agnes’ Parish community

Bishop Gregory was appointed the Bishop of Lismore in 2017.

St Agnes’ Parish Priest

Rev Fr Paul Gooley VG

Fr Paul was ordained on 30th November 1990 in Coffs Harbour.

He served in numerous parishes within the Lismore Diocese  and has been Parish Priest of 

Wauchope (1998-2008), Kempsey-Macleay Valley (2008–2018) and now Port Macquarie.
